GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS & STUDENTS

Dear Parents,
In order to provide best quality education to your ward, a strong bond between the teachers and the parents is required. Parents are requested to follow the below mentioned guidelines and expect your cooperation and coordination in every step.

  1. Regularity & Punctuality
  • Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time along with the school diary and required books & notebooks.
  • Late arrivals may require a note from the parents / guardians.
  • Parents must avoid taking students home after half day specially during the exams.
  1. Communication
  • Parents should stay updated via school notices, whatsapp group message, student’s diary and meetings.
  • Urgent concerns should be communicated through the school office in proper way.
  1. Responsibility & Discipline
  • Students should take responsibility for their studies, behaviour, and belongings and be strong to face the future challenges.
  • Respect for parents, teachers, peers, and staff is essential and should take care of environment.
  1. Safety & Security
  • Students must wear ID cards and follow school safety protocols.
  • Parents should inform the school of any changes in pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
  • Parents are strictly instructed NOT TO GIVE SCTOOTY / BIKE as they are underage and do not have driving license.
  1. Leave & Absence
  • Leave requests must be submitted in advance except in emergencies and parent must make up the loss of studies due to this.
  • A medical certificate is required for absences due to illness beyond two days.
  1. Consideration & Respect
  • Be kind and considerate towards parents, teachers, peers and school staff and show respect to them.
  • Bullying or misconduct will not be tolerated – strict action will be taken against such student even it may result in suspension / termination from the school.
  1. Fees & Payments
  • Fees must be paid on time as per the schedule – parents must be responsible to clear dues on time.
  • Late payments may incur penalties and over dues may result strict action from school.
  1. Examinations & Assessments
  • Students must be present for all tests and exams unless excused with valid reasons.
  • Cheating or unfair means will lead to disciplinary action.
  1. Uniform & Dress Code
  • Students must wear the prescribed uniform, neat and tidy.
  • Improper attire may lead to disciplinary action.
  1. Health & Hygiene
  • Students must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Hair, nail etc must be trimmed on time.
  • Any contagious illness should be reported immediately – student with such issue must take proper medication and stay at home till he/she gets fully cured.
  1. Lunch & Nutrition
  • Students should bring healthy and nutritious meals and fruits.
  • Junk food and carbonated drinks are strictly prohibited.
  1. Prohibited Items
  • Students MUST NOT bring any costly jewellery, smart watch, mobile, electronic gadgets, sharp things / weapons
  • Mehendi, nail polish, stickers, tatoo etc are not allowed.
  1. Campus Language
  • Students must converse in English only while inside the school campus – must avoid using other language.
  • Students must refrain themselves from using any kind of abusive / offensive languages.
  1. PTM – Parent Teacher Meeting:
  • Parents must attend all the PTMs organized by school as per schedule – parents must come on the schedule time only.
  • If you face any issue during PTM, please avoid argument with teacher – instead lodge a written complaint in the office.
  1. Meeting with the Teachers & Principal:
  • Parents can meet the teachers in the specific time – must avoid meeting with the teachers during the school hours.
  • If the parents want to meet the principal, should take prior appointment from the school office.
